Anthony founded Emergent in 2015 after more than 20 years of implementing technology across some of Australia's most complex organisations - from multinational mining and banking to state government and higher education. His frustration was simple: too many technology projects were delivering the software but failing the client. The gap between what vendors build and what organisations actually need was rarely being bridged properly.
Emergent was built to fix that.
Over a 22-year career spanning 70 organisations and 15+ industries, Anthony has built a rare combination of technical breadth and business depth. He brings pattern recognition developed across aged care, mining, banking, government, higher education, and professional services to every engagement - and a direct, practical style that clients consistently describe as refreshingly honest.
Today, Anthony leads a team of experienced consultants who have supported 50+ organisations since Emergent's founding in 2015 - from boutique community service providers to national operators managing thousands of care recipients across multiple states. The work spans South Australia, New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, ACT, and Tasmania.
Anthony is personally involved in every client engagement - setting strategic direction, ensuring quality, and staying accountable to the outcome.
